Appointments of Michel Sirois and Pierre-Luc Girard
André Malacket, Executive Director of the Fondation Cité de la Santé, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Michel Sirois as Treasurer, and Mr. Pierre-Luc Girard as Secretary to the Foundation's Board of Directors. Their experience and dedication provide the Foundation with invaluable support.
Michel Sirois has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Fondation Cité de la Santé since 2020. But that's not all! Since the very beginning, he has also been involved in organizing and financing the annual Jonathan Huberdeau Golf Tournament, to be held on July 8. His goal: to exceed the $355,000 raised in the last edition.
Mr. Sirois holds an MBA and a CPA designation, and is Associate Vice-President, Agri-Food Canada at National Bank. His understanding of the philanthropic milieu and his skills in finance and accounting convinced the Board to renew his mandate as Treasurer.
Pierre-Luc Girard, Managing Partner of Laval-based JGW Avocats et conseillers d'affaires, is delighted to join the Board of Directors as Secretary of the Cité de la Santé Foundation. Her impressive track record as a business lawyer has led her to work on mandates involving transactions, acquisitions, corporate mergers and high-level corporate partnerships. She also has extensive volunteer experience as a director of several Laval-based organizations. He will be an undeniable asset to the Foundation's development.
