In October 2022, following a survey of users and employees of the Laval Integrated Cancer Center (CICL), the Association of Volunteers of the City contacted us to offer an entertainment and leisure, for patients who attend the CICL. Thanks to donations, collected during the 300 km bike challenge for LIFE, among other things, we financed the acquisition of two carts and all their content, which will be constantly renewed, in order to offer games, art materials, electronic tablets and snacks/coffee. The project is carried out in collaboration with the volunteers of the Cité, who circulate in the corridors of the CICL to distribute everything to the patients.
Thank you all for this beautiful project which totals nearly $20,000 in investment!
